What Payment Types Do You Accept?
We accept payment through PayPal and Google checkout services. Artwork is shipped only after full payment has been received. If you pay through the PayPal E-Check service, artwork will not be shipped until the payment clears.

How Long Will it Take To Receive My Order?
All items are created after the order has been placed. Most orders will be shipped within three to four weeks. Custom orders and commissions will likely take longer.

What if My Order is Damaged During Shipment?
If an artwork is damaged during shipment and the box shows any sign of damage when delivered by the carrier- refuse the package and have the driver document any/all damage to the package. We will replace your order when any damage occurs to your artwork during shipping.
If the package does not appear to be damaged, but upon unpacking it is evident that the artwork has been damaged in any way, we will replace your order.
What is Your Return Policy?
With the exceptions of works damaged during shipment, or if there is an error in the store listing, all sales are final. Works damaged during shipment will be replaced.
Can I Purchase A Gift Certificate?
Yes. PayPal Gift Certificates for the gallery can be purchased through the Gift Certificate icon located near the bottom of the Galleries page.
What If the Colors Look Different or the Dimensions Don’t Fit My Room?
All artwork orders are hand created after we receive your order. For this reason, we do not accept artwork returns after shipment due to dissatisfaction with the artwork colors or canvas dimensions.
Computer monitors tend to display colors differently. If you have any questions about colors in any of the art available on this site, it is your responsibility to decide before purchasing. You can contact the studio via email support@marklawrencegallery.com with any questions and we will do our very best to assist you.
The dimensions (in inches) of all artwork displayed for sale are stated in each item's product description. All artwork is shipped rolled and is not stretched. All Collector's Edition canvases have a minimum three-inch margin on all sides for framing / stretching. Designer Edition giclée prints have a one-eighth (.125) inch unprinted border around the image.
To prevent any possible mis-perceptions about how a particular painting or print will fit on your wall, please measure the wall area before purchasing. We have found that painter’s masking tape is a great way to mark the artwork’s dimensions onto your wall so you can make sure that the size works for you. Please remember that returns are not accepted once you’ve received your art because of the dimensions. It is your responsibility to measure your space before purchasing.
How Are Your Sample Room Views Made?
We have provided sample room settings of selected art for you to preview by clicking on the pictures link within the painting’s item description page. These sample room settings as depicted as accurately as possible, but in many cases these sample settings are composed digitally and are therefore not to exact scale.
Can I See The Art On My Wall Before I Order?
Yes! We can also custom-compose a sample room setting for you if you would like to see how a painting will look in your own home or office setting. Simply email us a photograph of the wall space you’d like to place the painting and we will email you back within 72 hours with a sample room view of how the art might look on your wall. Please provide a photograph of the wall taken straight-on facing the wall; not on an angle. Email your picture along with the name of the art and the dimensions you are considering to roomviews@marklawrencegallery.com .

Can I Purchase A Giclee In A Larger or Smaller Size Than Those Offered Online?
Yes. Every Giclee that is not a limited edition can be purchased in custom sizes, both smaller and larger than the sizes shown on site. Please contact our studio support@marklawrencegallery.com to determine if the desired size can be created, and obtain a price quote. Typically different sizes can be accommodated as long as the dimensions of the artwork stay proportionate to the original size of the artwork.
Is Mark’s Work Available for Wholesale, Consignment, or Licensing?
We welcome your wholesale and licensing inquiries. We apologize, but we are not accepting any consignment contracts at this time.
Does Mark Accept Commission Works?
Yes! Mark accepts commission projects throughout the year as his schedule permits. His most recent commission now hangs in the Hong Kong Conrad Hilton Hotel. Mark’s commission rate is $3.00 per square inch. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all commission orders.
